Microsoft Unveils Touch Mouse (May 2011)

Microsoft Touch MouseIt’s CES this week, which is a major electronics exhibition in Vegas! Sadly we can’t get there this year but we can tell you that Microsoft have announced their “Touch” Mouse. We saw the introduction Apples magic mouse last year and first impressions look like Microsoft’s version does so much more! With it’s sleek black body featuring BlurTrack Technology for precision control, the Windows 7 Compatible mouse features 7 gestures and a 10 foot wireless connection!

The 7 Windows 7 Gestures include:

1. 360 scrolling
2. Forward/Back
3. Maximize/Minimize
4. Snap
5. Restore
6. Instant Viewer
7. Clear Desktop

First reports suggest the mouse is great to hold and use and from what the videos show theres also a Windows version of the fantastic Expose feature from the mac (the feature than lets you quickly see all windows).

Microsoft say it will arrive in May for around £50-£60.
