iPhone 3.0 Software Released Today!

Today is the day that the new iPhone 3.0 Software Final will be released to all the iPhone and iPod Touch owners. So get your phone and/or iPod ready and give it a good charge. Once you have updated you will probably be playing around for some time! Also, make sure you have backed up.

There’s loads of new features being added some that should have been here since 1.0 – ‘copy’ cough ‘paste’ cough. The update is free for iPhone users and just $10 so about £6.

EXTRA: If anyone is unsure how much MMS will cost on 02 in the UK, it will use 4 of your SMS allowance and will be available from 3.0 update. Also in the US MMS will not be available until “Late Summer” as AT&T currently cannot support this feature.
